2.2 Data processor

2.2.1 A data processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.

2.2.2 Pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, upon appointment by the data controller, the data processor of the website Innovita.s.r.l. is Easynet s.r.l.

2.3 Where the data is processed

2.3.1 The processing of data generated by the use of Innovita.s.r.l. takes place at the Headquarters.

2.3.2 If necessary, the data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or persons appointed by the latter for this purpose at the relevant headquarters.

3 COOKIES

3.1 Type of cookies

3.1.1 The website Innovita.s.r.l. uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small strings of text used to store information that may concern the user, their preferences or the device used to access the internet (computer, tablet or mobile phone). 4 DATA PROCESSED

4.1 Data processing methods

4.1.1 Like all websites, this website also uses log files storing information collected automatically during user visits. The information collected may be the following: • internet protocol (IP) address;
• type of browser and device settings used to connect to the website;
• name of the internet service provider (ISP);
• date and time of visit;
• the visitor's web page of origin (referral) and exit;
• the number of clicks, if applicable.

5 YOUR RIGHTS

5.1 Art. 13, par. 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 lists the rights of the user.

5.2 The website Innovita.s.r.l. therefore intends to inform the user of the existence: • of the right of the interested party to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data (Article 15 of the EU Regulation), updates (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003), rectification (Article 16 of the EU Regulation), integration (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003) or limitation of the processing concerning him or her (Article 18 of the EU Regulation) or to object,  for legitimate reasons, to its processing (Article 21 of the EU Regulation), in addition to the right to data portability (Article 20 of the EU Regulation);
• the right to request the deletion (Article 17 of the EU Regulation), the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (Art. 7, par. 3, lett. b) Legislative Decree 196/2003);
• the right to obtain certification that the updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or transmitted, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (Art. 7,  par. 3, lett. C) of Legislative Decree 196/2003);

5.3 Requests may be addressed to the Data Controller, without formalities or, alternatively, use the form provided by the Personal Data Protection Watchdog or send an email to: privacy@innovita.it
5.4 If the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) – express consent to use – or Art. 9, paragraph 2 letter a) – express consent to the use of genetic, biometric, health-related data, revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

5.5 Likewise, in the event of a violation of the law, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Watchdog, that is the authority responsible for checking data processing in the Italian State.

6 DATA TRANSFER TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

6.1 This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) via social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorised and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

6.2 Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set out in Article 45 and subsequent amendments of the EU Regulation.



7 SECURITY DATA PROVIDED

7.1 This website processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data.
